About Us

Founded in 2013, Puning Kangtelun Industrial Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer specializing in high-temperature water-soluble nonwoven fabric for computerized embroidery and lace production.

We operate nine production lines with an annual capacity of approximately 5,000 tons. Different weights, widths and packaging options are available to meet customer requirements.

Product

High-Temperature Water-Soluble Nonwoven

High-temperature water-soluble nonwoven fabric, also known as water-soluble paper, is made from water-soluble PVA fiber using a nonwoven manufacturing process. It dissolves completely in hot water at the specified temperature and is mainly used as temporary backing for computerized embroidery and lace embroidery.

Kangtelun water-soluble nonwoven fabric features a smooth and uniform surface, stable strength in both directions and reliable dissolution. We supply 80°C and 90°C grades and can customize the weight, width and packaging.
